1.  Broker's (AP's) / Reference Link
2.  Digilocker Account with Aadhar & PAN
3.  Applicant's PAN Number (Only Individual)
4.  Applicant's Aadhar Number
5.  Applicant's Mobile No & Email ID
6.  Father and Mother Name
7.  Father PAN and Mother PAN (Optional)
8.  Postal Address (From Digilocker)
9.  Bank Account Number and IFSC Code
10.  Nominee PAN/AADHAAR Number

Documents Required for eKYC process

1.  Applicant's Signature copy in JPG format
2.  Applicant's PAN Copy in JPG format
3.  Applicant's Cancelled Check in JPG format
4.  Applicant's ITR / 3 month Bank statement in PDF format
